For the egg noodles
  1. 2 oz softened cream cheese.
  2. 4 eggs.
  3. Pinch of each, salt is essential, but all other spices are optional.
  4. salt
  5. garlic powder
  6. pepper
  7. onion powder
For the alfredo sauce
  1. 1/4 cup butter.
  2. 1 garlic clove minced.
  3. 1 oz cream cheese.
  4. 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
  5. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  6. 1/2 tsp ground pepper
For the noodles
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Cover a 13x9 cookie sheet including the sides with aluminum foil, silicon mat, or parchment paper, set aside.
  3. Spray the foiled pan with non-stick spray or wipe down with butter to prevent sticking.
  4. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and bubbly.
  5. Pour the blended batter into your prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 7 minutes make sure to not over cook.
  7. Remove from oven and take the foil off the tray and set on counter to cool.
  8. Once cool roll up the egg noodle and slice to your desired thickness.
For the alfredo sauce
  1. Melt butter over medium sauce pan then add garlic and cook until tender
  2. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for 7 minutes and until thickened.
